We will walk you through every step of getting your domain and hosting setup and will fully support any problems related to your hosting. We’re happy to help you install a site (such as WordPress) but if you’re looking for a complete website or development, you may want to contact us about our design services. This is a concern to some but we do not offer phone support unless we exhaust all other support options. What does this mean? Charlottezweb uses our Client Area ticketing system to report issues. We’re also happy to offer support via direct email. We’re very responsive to both of these channels. We find it very rare that we need to offer phone support but recognize that live support via phone may be a requirement for some customers.

In the rare case that you face an issue where you need direct support on your computer (such as setting up a mailbox, for example), Charlottezweb does have a remote control utility that we can utilize to establish a secure connection for troubleshooting if you’d like.
